A profile that is not approved is not listed in the directories and receives no project requests. It is effectively invisible. The good news: approval runs automatically, and the conditions are a short list.
This article names every field that has to be filled, tells you exactly where it sits in the dashboard, and explains what approval unlocks for you.
The six required fields
Feedbax checks your profile automatically on a regular basis. If all of these are present, your profile is approved and published:
Logo. Found under Profile > Company, field "Logo".
Company description. Also under Profile > Company, field "Company description". It has to be filled in at least one language.
At least one service. Under Profile > Services, area "Add services". A single one is enough for approval.
Website. Under Profile > Leads, in the block "Contact for leads", field "Website".
Email for leads. In the same block, field "Email". This is the address project requests reach you on.
Contact email of the responsible person. Under Administration > Contact person, in the block "Contact details", field "Email".
Point 6 is the one most often missing, because it does not live in the profile area but in administration. And it is not named in the reminder email either. If you have filled in everything else and still are not approved, look there first.
The reminder email
If something is missing, you get an email titled "Complete your profile to get listed!". Inside it says "Profile approval failed!" and gives a short list of links that lead straight to the right pages.
The email names three points: at least one service assigned, a leads contact including email address and website URL, plus logo and company description. Take it as a signpost, but check the contact email in administration as well.
One condition that is not in your profile
Besides the six fields, Feedbax checks one more thing: disposable and temp mail addresses. If one of your stored email addresses is a throwaway address, your profile is not approved automatically. It does not fail either, it lands in the list for manual review by the Feedbax team.
That costs time. So enter your real company address everywhere, not a test address left over from the setup phase.
What approval unlocks for you
Approval is not a formality. It decides four things at once:
Visibility. Only with approval is your profile published and listed in the directories. Without it, nobody finds you there.
Project requests. Profiles that are not approved are not considered when project requests are matched.
Your Feedbax score. This is the part hardly anyone knows: a profile without approval has 100 points deducted. That is a deficit no single review makes up for. As long as approval is missing, every other improvement is working against that minus. More on the score in What is the Feedbax score?.

Approval and verification are the same thing
Two terms show up in the product that mean the same thing: profile approval and verification. Once your profile is approved it counts as verified, and the other way round. There is no second, separate check you would have to apply for.
How to go about it
Open Profile > Company and check your logo and company description.
Open Profile > Services and add at least one service.
Open Profile > Leads and fill in Website and Email in the "Contact for leads" block.
Open Administration > Contact person and fill in the Email field under "Contact details".
Save each page individually.
Wait for the next automatic check. There is nothing to submit and nothing to click.
After approval you receive a confirmation email.
What you should do beyond that
The six fields are the minimum for approval, not the minimum for a good profile. Your visibility depends on overall profile progress, and that feeds straight into your score.
Two things are worth doing right afterwards:
Set percentages on your services. For approval, a service without a value is enough. For project request matching though, a service with a percentage greater than zero is required. A service at 0 percent gets you through approval but not into matching.
Add case studies. They feed the delivery score most strongly and are additionally a condition for the top company badge.
What you need
No subscription. Approval is open to every provider and costs nothing. It is the foundation everything else builds on: the directory listing, top placement and the badges.

How long does approval take?
It runs automatically in regular passes. Once all details are complete, your profile is approved on the next pass.
Do I have to apply for approval?
No. There is no button for it. Complete the details, the system does the rest.

Check two easily missed spots: the contact email of the responsible person under administration, and whether one of your email addresses is a throwaway address. The latter sends your profile into manual review.
Is one service really enough?
For approval, yes. For project request matching the service additionally needs a percentage greater than zero.
Does the company description have to be filled in every language?
No, one language is enough for approval. Multilingual descriptions do help your visibility in the other markets though.
What happens if I clear a required field later?
These details are the basic equipment of your profile. Do not delete them, they are needed in many places, among them applying to project requests.
Is approval the same as the verified badge?
Almost. Approval is the process, the badge is the image you can download afterwards and show on your website.
