If you have already collected reviews on GoodFirms, you can integrate them into your Feedbax profile. They then appear on your profile, count towards your total review number and affect your Feedbax score.
This source requires an active Premium plan. Without the matching subscription the page is visible but locked.
How to connect GoodFirms
Open Reviews > GoodFirms in the dashboard.
Enter your identifier into the "GoodFirms ID" field.
Save. Feedbax fetches the reviews.
Check number of reviews, overall rating and the status below.
If the identifier was correct, it appears instead of the input field, with the "Update Reviews" button next to it. That retrieves the current state whenever you need it.
Where to find your GoodFirms ID
Open your GoodFirms profile. The address looks like https://www.goodfirms.co/company/your-profile. The part after /company/ is your identifier.
Loading in steps of ten
GoodFirms does not deliver the reviews all at once. Below the field you therefore see how many of how many are already integrated, for example "20 of 89". As long as some are missing, a load more button appears.
Click it until both numbers match. With a large number of reviews that takes several clicks. Every review you load contributes to your score, so the effort is worthwhile.
What this does for your Feedbax score
Reviews from this source count towards your reputation score from the Premium plan on. Since the source requires Premium anyway, the rule is simple: if it is connected, it counts.
An imported review weighs only a quarter of one of your own Feedbax reviews, though, and older reviews weigh less than fresh ones.

Do I need a subscription for GoodFirms?

Usually the identifier is wrong. Enter exactly the part from your profile page address, not the company name.
How often is it refreshed?
Automatically depending on your plan: Starter every 8 weeks, Business every 4, Premium every 2, Enterprise weekly. The "Update Reviews" button retrieves the current state immediately.
Why are not all reviews there?
This source loads in steps of ten. Click the load more button until both numbers match.
Can I change the identifier later?
Yes. The connected identifier is shown on the page and can be replaced.
