Feedbax has four tiers: Starter, Business, Premium and Enterprise. Starter is free, the other three cost 59 €, 89 € and 199 € per month.

All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT. Payments are made annually, based on the corresponding monthly prices.

The four tiers in one sentence

  • Starter (0 €): your profile is there and you collect reviews. You cannot apply for anything.

  • Business (59 € / month): the tier at which Feedbax starts bringing work. Applications, tenders, credit.

  • Premium (89 € / month): the tier for visibility. Every review source counts, and the profile becomes a sales page.

  • Enterprise (199 € / month): for providers running Feedbax as a fixed channel. Unlimited quotas and the largest credit.

Applying to project requests

This is the hard cut between Starter and Business. Without a plan you cannot apply to any project request. You see the requests, but the application wizard stays shut. From Business onwards it is open.

Access to public tenders

From Business onwards Feedbax additionally shows you public tenders that match your profile. These are contracts that otherwise disappear in the procurement portals.

Personal tender fit checks

A fit check tells you whether a tender really suits your company before you put time into an application. Business gets 10 a month, Premium 20, Enterprise unlimited.

The value is not in the number but in the time saved: an application you do not write because the fit check advised against it costs you neither hours nor credit.

Credit and the top-up bonus

You pay for applications to project requests and for top placements in the directories with credit. Two things depend on your plan:

  • Included credit per year: Business 200 €, Premium 300 €, Enterprise 400 €. Enterprise additionally gets 600 € a year reserved for top placements.

  • Bonus on every top-up: Business 20 %, Premium 60 %, Enterprise 100 %.

The bonus is the line that moves the most money and is the easiest to overlook. Top up 500 € and you are credited 600 € on Business, 800 € on Premium and 1,000 € on Enterprise. The step up from Business to Premium is therefore often paid back with the first top-up.

Visibility in the directories

Where you stand in the list

Every tier is listed ahead of the one below it: Business before Starter, Premium before Business, Enterprise before Premium. Without a plan the listing is restricted.

This applies at equal scores. A good score and a higher plan therefore reinforce each other.

Booking a top placement

From Business onwards you can put yourself at the very top of a directory using credit, regardless of your score. How that works is in Top placement: appearing at the top of the directories.

Reviews

Which sources you may connect

  • Starter: Google only.

  • From Business: additionally Trustpilot, ProvenExpert and TrustedShops.

  • From Premium: additionally Sortlist, Clutch, DesignRush and G2.

Which sources count towards your score

This is the more important point, and it is in no row of the table. The same staggering applies to the reputation score:

  • Without a plan only Google reviews count.

  • From Business Trustpilot and ProvenExpert join in.

  • From Premium every connected source counts.

Anyone holding forty Clutch reviews without booking Premium leaves them unused for the ranking. Details in Integrating reviews from other portals.

How often they are refreshed

Feedbax refetches connected reviews automatically: Starter every 8 weeks, Business every 4, Premium every 2, Enterprise weekly. Manual refreshing works on every tier.

More often means a new five-star rating reaches your score sooner.

Phone collection

Feedbax calls your customer and turns the interview into a detailed review. Included are Business 1, Premium 3, Enterprise 6 per year. More cost 149 €, 129 € or 99 €, depending on the tier.

Replying to reviews

From Business onwards you can comment publicly under every approved review. With criticism that is often worth more than the review itself, because future customers see how you handle it.

Your profile

A profile that is allowed to show more sells better. These areas depend on your plan:

  • Social media links, FAQ, awards and partner statuses and industry expertise and customer segments: from Business.

  • Listed locations: Starter 1, Business 2, Premium 4, Enterprise unlimited. Every location puts you into the regional directories.

  • Case studies: Starter 3, Business 12, Premium 20, Enterprise unlimited. Case studies count twice over: they convince the reader and they feed the delivery score, especially when they match the directory.

  • Blog articles including a backlink: Business 1, Premium 2, Enterprise 4 per year.

  • SEO backlink to your website: from Premium.

  • Individual call to action: from Premium. Your own call to action replaces the standard button in the profile.

  • Removing alternative providers from your profile: from Premium. Without it Feedbax shows competitors next to your profile.

Which tier suits you

  • You only want to be found and to collect reviews: Starter is enough.

  • You want to win work through Feedbax: Business is the minimum, anything below cannot apply.

  • You have reviews on Clutch, G2, GoodFirms, DesignRush or Sortlist, or you top up credit regularly: Premium. Those sources then count towards the score, and the bonus triples compared to Business.

  • You run Feedbax as a fixed sales channel, with several locations and ongoing top placements: Enterprise.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I book a plan?

In the dashboard under Subscription and prices. The "Upgrade plan" button at the bottom of the sidebar takes you straight there.

Is billing monthly or annual?

Annual, calculated on the monthly price shown.

Are the prices net or gross?

Net. Statutory VAT is added.

Do I lose my data if I downgrade?

No. Your reviews, case studies and locations stay stored. Anything above the new quota is no longer shown publicly, and sources the lower tier does not know stop counting towards the score.

Does credit I already topped up still count if I switch?

Yes. Credit stays credit. The bonus follows the tier that was active at the time of the top-up.

Do I need a plan for my company to appear in the directories at all?

No. You are listed without a plan too, though restricted and behind every provider that has one.
