After the project call, our team writes your project briefing: a structured description of your project that we use to approach the right providers. You review it in your dashboard and either approve it or tell us what to change. Nothing goes to providers without your approval.

Limit: A comment can be up to 4,000 characters long.
Important: We only present your request to providers after your approval.
How it works
Our team writes the briefing from your project request and our notes from the call. The notes stay internal, and you only see the finished briefing. It describes your project in the form of a Feedbax project briefing, for example with title, project description, goals, deliverables, open questions, budget and project start.
As soon as the briefing is ready, you receive an email with the subject Your project briefing is ready for your approval. The Review briefing button in the email signs you in and opens the briefing directly in your dashboard. After a revision, the email says that we have revised the briefing based on your comments.
Each time we send you the briefing, the version goes up: Version 1, Version 2 and so on. If our team writes something about a version, it appears above the briefing under A note from our team.
Reviewing the briefing
Click Review briefing: in the email, on the Your project briefing is ready card or under Next step at the Approve the briefing step.
Your project briefing opens on the right, with the version and the note "If everything is right, approve the briefing. Otherwise tell us what we should change."
Read the briefing at your own pace. Above all, check that goals, scope, budget and time frame are right.
At the bottom, choose Approve or Request changes.
Approving the briefing
Click Approve.
In the field Anything else you would like to tell us? (optional) you can add something, such as a wish regarding the choice of providers.
Click Approve briefing. Cancel takes you back without a decision.
The card then shows Briefing approved: "Thank you for your approval. We are now presenting your request to suitable providers." An approval cannot be withdrawn in the dashboard. If you think of something afterwards, let our team know.
Requesting changes
Click Request changes.
In the field What should we change?, write what is wrong or missing. The field is required. If it stays empty, you see "Please tell us briefly what we should change."
Click Send changes.
The card then shows We are revising your briefing, and the Write the briefing step goes back to In progress. As soon as the new version is ready, you receive another email, and the card shows Your project briefing is ready with the next version. You can request changes as often as needed.

The card sits at the top next to your request area, where the card for your project call used to be.
After your approval
We publish your project anonymously on our platform and remove any reference to your company. How things continue from there is what we agreed with you in the project call. With the Feedbax pre-selection, we select 3 to 5 top providers from those who apply. Only they receive your contact details. With direct market contact, interested providers retrieve your contact details and get in touch with you directly. With the pre-selection, the selected providers usually get in touch with you directly within 2 to 4 working days after your request has been successfully verified. So approve the briefing promptly, so that things move on without delay. More in When do I get the provider suggestions?.
The fifth step in the dashboard, Meet providers, takes you with Open your messages to your conversations with providers (Messages: conversations with providers). Keep track of the providers in your favorites and compare them there. Once you have decided, read Provider chosen: what happens next.
Special cases
The briefing changed while you had it open. You then see "This briefing has changed in the meantime. You are now seeing the current version." Read the current version and decide again.
Saving did not work. You then see "That did not work. Please try again." Your comment stays in place, and you can try again right away.
You cannot find the email. Check your spam folder. Or simply sign in: the Your project briefing is ready card is in your dashboard even without the email.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit the briefing myself?
No. Our team writes the briefing. With Request changes you tell us what to adjust, and you then receive a new version.
How often can I request changes?
As often as needed. Each new version gets its own version number.
Do providers see my company name in the briefing?
No. We publish your project anonymously and remove any reference to your company. With the Feedbax pre-selection, only the 3 to 5 providers we select for you receive your contact details. With direct market contact, the interested providers who retrieve them do.
I approved it and forgot something.
An approval cannot be withdrawn in the dashboard. Let our team know briefly, and we will take your note into account.
What happens to the notes from our call?
They are our internal working basis for the briefing. You only see the briefing yourself, and providers do not see the notes.
When will the providers get in touch?
With the Feedbax pre-selection, usually within 2 to 4 working days after your request has been successfully verified. 3 to 5 top providers get in touch with you directly. With direct market contact, interested providers can get in touch as soon as your project is published.
