Feedbax sends you four different emails about tenders. They have different triggers, different recipients and different ways to opt out. This article separates them cleanly.
1. The bundled email about new tenders
When it arrives. When new tenders have been prepared and released for sending that match your profile.
What it contains. Up to five tenders in one email, sorted by how strongly they match your profile, strongest first. Per tender: title, short summary and the matching services.
How the selection works. Feedbax only takes tenders that
are still open,
have been released for sending by the Feedbax team,
match your profile strongly, not just somehow,
and have never been sent to you before.
So you never receive the same tender twice.
The buttons. Every tender has its own button. It signs you in and opens exactly that tender. No searching required.
Who receives it. Providers whose profile matches. A subscription is not required for this. When you open it, though, you see the version that belongs to your access, see What the free access includes.
Opting out. An unsubscribe link sits at the very bottom of the email. One click is enough, with no follow-up question. You land on a page confirming that you will no longer receive emails about new public tenders, with a note that you can re-enable them in your account settings at any time. From there, a link leads to notification preferences.
2. The change email for a followed tender
When it arrives. When something changed at the source on a tender you follow.
What it contains. The areas that concretely changed:
a moved deadline, with the old and the new date
documents added or removed, with file names
a changed overview page
changed procedure data, that is eligibility and award criteria
a changed communication page, that is the bidder questions
New bidder questions are listed as well, so you can see straight away what they were about.
Why it is reliable. The detection compares a fingerprint of the source pages, not an AI output. So an email means something really changed at the source. The first check after you start following only records the starting state and never triggers an email.
Who receives it. Only those following the tender. Following is part of the subscription, see Favorites and following tenders.
Opting out. The email carries a link that unfollows exactly that one tender. The confirmation page reads "Unfollowed" and notes that you can follow it again at any time. Alternatively, click the bell in the app.
3. The personal note from the Feedbax team
When it arrives. When the Feedbax team sends a single tender to selected providers because it is a particularly good match.
What it contains. That one tender, with a button that opens it directly.
This is not an automatic email. It is triggered by hand.
4. The booking confirmation
When it arrives. Once, after you booked Tender Access.
What it contains. The confirmation of your subscription, with the terms and conditions attached.
It is sent exactly once per subscription, even if several payment confirmations arrive in the background. Details in Tender Access: booking, managing, cancelling.

Which language you get
Every email goes out in your account language, and the links in it lead to the matching language version. Change your language in the account and the emails change with it.
Which address
The bundled email and the personal note go to the address you set for enquiries. To change that, adjust the address in your profile settings.
What Feedbax does not send
No email for favorites. The heart is silent. Only following triggers emails.
No reminder before a deadline. There is no email countdown. Use the deadline filter in the app for that, see Searching and filtering tenders.
No email about the fit. A finished fit analysis is not announced by email.
If no emails arrive
Work through three things:
Did you opt out? A click on the unsubscribe link takes effect immediately. You switch it back on in the notification preferences.
Does your profile match? The bundled email requires a strong match with your services. A thin profile rarely matches. Maintain services and focus areas, see Improving your tender fit.
Is the address right? Check the stored address and your spam folder.
Frequently asked questions
How often does the bundled email arrive?
There is no fixed rhythm and no schedule you set. The email goes out when enough matching tenders have been prepared and released.
Can I set how many tenders are in one email?
No. There are at most five per email, the best matches first.
Do I get the same tender twice?
No. Feedbax records what has already been sent and leaves it out next time.
I opted out but still get change emails.
That is correct. The unsubscribe link of the bundled email only concerns that one. Change emails depend on following. Click the bell in the app or use the link in the change email.
Can I subscribe to specific services only?
Not directly. The selection follows your profile: Feedbax compares the requested services with the ones you are listed under. Your profile is therefore your setting.
I want a colleague to receive the emails.
Enter the desired address as the contact for enquiries in your profile settings. The bundled email goes to that address.
Do the emails affect my Feedbax score?
No. Whether you receive emails or not has no effect on your score or your visibility in the directories.
