The tender list is open. Everything that makes the work possible belongs to the subscription: the full analyses, search and filters, following with change notifications, the bidder questions, the documents and your tender fit.

There are two routes to that access.

Route 1: a Feedbax subscription from Business upwards

If you already hold a Feedbax subscription at Business, Premium or Enterprise level, tenders are included. You do not have to book anything extra or unlock anything. Open the tenders and everything is there.

Two points about this:

You cannot book Tender Access on top. That is deliberate. A paid Feedbax subscription already covers the module; a second booking would be paying twice for the same thing.

Your tier decides, not your payment date. A SEPA direct debit is typically collected five to eight days after the period ends. In that window your subscription formally reads "expired" even though you are paying perfectly normally. Feedbax therefore reads your tier only. Access closes only once a subscription really ends and you are downgraded to Starter.

Which Feedbax subscriptions exist and what else they contain is in What subscriptions does Feedbax offer for providers?.

Route 2: Tender Access

Tender Access is a standalone subscription for this module only. It is meant for providers who focus on public tenders and do not need the rest of the Feedbax offering.

What it includes

The complete tenders area:

  • Public tenders in full depth

  • Tender fits

  • Unrestricted filtering

  • Document analysis

  • Requirements

  • Follow and notifications

  • Bidder questions

  • Required evidence

  • Full AI analyses

Plus all Starter features: company profile, collecting reviews, integrating Google reviews, the verified badge, the rating badge and being listed in the directories.

What it does not include

Everything beyond the tenders area stays at Starter level. Specifically no bidding credit, no project requests, no top-up bonus, still one listed location and three case studies, no blog articles, no social media links and no FAQ in the profile.

If you need both tenders and leads, a Feedbax subscription from Business upwards is the better route.

What it costs

The current price is stated in the pricing overview inside the app. Feedbax shows the actually valid prices there, which is why this article deliberately states no figure.

The terms that go with it:

  • All prices are net prices plus the statutory value added tax.

  • Payment is annual, calculated on the basis of the monthly price.

  • Minimum contract period 12 months, then automatic renewal for one year at a time.

  • Notice period: one day before the end of the contract period.

With a valid VAT ID from another EU country, Feedbax issues the invoice without German VAT, under the reverse charge procedure.

How to book

The pricing overview opens wherever you hit a gated feature: clicking the bell, a filter, Check tender fit or View AI analysis and all details.

The process has four steps:

  1. Plans. Choose Tender Access and click the button on the card.

  2. Billing details. Enter company, address, country and contact person, plus the VAT ID where relevant. The note above says it: this information appears on your invoice. The country is asked first because it decides the tax and therefore the invoice total. Continue with Continue to payment.

  3. Review and pay. You see your billing details and the legal terms, agree to the terms and conditions and pay by card or SEPA direct debit.

  4. Done. Access is active immediately.

If your bank requires an additional confirmation such as 3-D Secure, you are briefly redirected and then land back on the tender overview. Feedbax completes the booking there and shows a message.

The page then reloads the tenders and everything is open. You do not have to sign out and back in.

The booking confirmation

After activation, a confirmation email is sent to you once, with the terms and conditions attached. It is sent exactly once per subscription, even if several confirmations arrive from your bank in the background.

Managing and cancelling

In the fit drawer, the Manage subscription button sits next to your quota line. It opens the billing portal. There you can:

  • change your payment method

  • view and download your invoices

  • correct your billing details

  • cancel the subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current contract period, not immediately. Until then your access stays fully intact. The notice period is one day before the end of the period.

After it ends, your account remains. You still see the list and the anonymized analyses, and your favorites are preserved.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, you keep access at first. The payment provider retries several times. Access closes only once those attempts finally fail or the subscription ends.

That is built deliberately: an expired card should not lock you out in the middle of a running procurement procedure.

Frequently asked questions

I have Business, do I need Tender Access as well?

No. Tenders are included from Business upwards. Feedbax therefore does not allow an additional booking at all.

Can I switch from Tender Access to a Feedbax subscription?

Yes. Contact the Feedbax team for that, so the switch is billed cleanly and no double booking occurs.

Can I pay monthly?

Tender Access is billed annually, calculated on the basis of the monthly price. There is no monthly subscription for this module.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Favorites and account content remain. Access ends with the period: you still see the list and the anonymized analyses, but no longer the full details, the filters and the fit.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, through the billing portal, reachable via Manage subscription. The billing details come from the second step of the booking.

I am based outside Germany. Do I pay German VAT?

With a valid VAT ID from another EU country, Feedbax invoices without German VAT, under the reverse charge procedure. Enter the number in the Billing details step.

Does the subscription apply to my whole company?

Yes. Access is attached to the company account, not to an individual person. Everyone with access to the account works with the same access.
