Your dashboard is your home page as a client on Feedbax. Here you submit your project request, see in five steps where it stands, and keep track of projects, conversations and saved providers. Using it is free of charge and without obligation for you.
At a glance
Where: After you sign in as a client, open it via Dashboard in the sidebar or in the user menu.
For whom: only for signed-in clients. Without signing in, you see the page "Find the right provider for your project" with the Sign in button. With a provider account, the page points out that the dashboard is meant for clients.
Cost: none. Provider matching is free for you, and you do not need a subscription.
The most important button: Submit a project request at the top right. It always takes you to your project request.
Private: Only you can see your favorites, your assessments and your notes.
How the dashboard is laid out
From top to bottom you find:
the greeting with your first name and your company, next to it the Submit a project request button,
the request area. Once you have submitted a request, the card for your project call or your project briefing appears next to it,
four key figures,
the Your path to the right provider card with five steps,
Your projects and Your favorites on the left, Messages on the right and, depending on where you stand, the Feedbax assistant card,
across the full width My reviews, Recommended for you and finally a note about LeadWin.
On narrow screens, all areas are stacked on top of each other.
The request area
Before your first request
The area is called We find the right providers for you. Under How it works it explains in three steps what happens after a request: Describe your project, Quick alignment and Meet providers. Below are the three promises 100% free, No obligation and Personally selected. Our team selects the providers for you personally. There is no AI selection and no algorithm.
How to submit the request step by step is explained in How can I submit my project request?.
After your request
The area then shows Your project request is with us, or with several requests, for example, 2 project requests are with us. Below it you see when you submitted the latest one, such as "Last submitted on 14/10/2026".
A grey block shows your latest request: the title, a short two-line description and, if you provided them, Service, Budget and Project start. Below it are up to three buttons:
Submit another request opens a new project request for another project.
View request jumps to Your projects. The button only appears when your request is listed there as a project.
Book an appointment opens the booking for your project call. It only appears here when there is no separate appointment card next to it.
The card next to the request area
After your request, the card for your project call appears to the right of it. It shows your contact person from the Feedbax team with photo and role, the Book an appointment button and, once booked, the date, time and type of call. Everything about it is in Project call: booking an appointment.
Once our team has sent you the project briefing, the briefing card takes this place. How to review and approve it is explained in Project briefing: review and approve.
The key figures
Four tiles show your most important figures. Each tile is a button and takes you to where the figure comes from.
Tile | What it counts | Where it takes you |
Unread messages | Messages from providers that you have not read yet. Only this tile is highlighted in color, and only as long as there are unread messages. | Go to your messages: to the Messages view |
Saved providers | Providers in your favorites | Go to your favorites |
Project requests | all project requests you have submitted | Go to your requests: to the request area |
Active projects | Projects under Your projects that are not completed yet | Go to your projects |
Your path to the right provider: the five steps
This card shows where your request stands. At the top right you see your progress, for example 2 of 5 done, with a green bar.
Step | What happens | Done as soon as | Button |
1. Submit your request | You describe your project and send the request. | we have received a project request from you | Submit request |
2. Project call | You book an appointment with the Feedbax team, as a phone call or video call. In the call we clarify your requirements and decide together how you will meet your providers. | our team has confirmed your request after the call | Book an appointment, as long as no appointment is coming up |
3. Write the briefing | Our team writes your project briefing from the call. | we have sent you the briefing for approval | none, our team is working here |
4. Approve the briefing | You review the briefing, approve it or request changes. | you have approved the briefing | Review briefing, as long as it is waiting for your approval |
5. Meet providers | The providers get in touch with you: with the Feedbax pre-selection the selected ones, with direct market contact all interested ones. | a provider has replied to you or applied for your project, or you have marked a provider in your favorites as Hired | Open your messages |
Each step has a status: Done, Up next, Booked (your appointment is booked), In progress (our team is on it) or Open.
Below the steps, Next step tells you what to do now, with the matching button. Once your appointment is booked, the sentence names the day and time, for example "Your appointment on Friday, 16 October 2026 at 10:00 is confirmed."
If you request changes to the briefing, step 3 goes back to In progress until we send you the new version. If you have already met providers or hired one, steps 2 to 5 count as done.
Once all steps are done, All done. You completed every step. appears. With Submit a project request you start your next project there.
What happens after your approval
As soon as you have approved your briefing, we publish your project anonymously on our platform. In doing so, we remove any reference to your company. How things continue from there is what we agreed with you in the project call:
Feedbax pre-selection: From the providers who apply, we select 3 to 5 top providers for you. You set how many in your request. Only these selected providers receive your contact details and get in touch with you directly, usually within 2 to 4 working days after your request has been successfully verified.
Direct market contact: Interested providers retrieve your contact details and get in touch with you directly, without an application phase and without a pre-selection by us. This gives you a broad overview of the market quickly.
Our team handles the verification in the project call. Both ways are described in How do project requests work?. More in When do I get the provider suggestions? and Confidentiality: who sees your data.
Your projects
Here you see your project requests with their phase, application deadline, budget and the providers who have applied. Open projects are at the top, followed by the newest. You see the first four right away and all others via Show all … projects.
Phase: a bar with four stages. Review: we are checking your request. Tender: your project is published anonymously, and providers can apply. Selection: the right providers are selected from the applications. Completed: the request has ended.
Deadline: in the Review and Tender phases. From 30 days before as a countdown, such as 12 days left, 1 day left or Ends today, otherwise as a date, such as "Applications until 30/11/2026".
Budget: for example "€5,000 fixed price" or "€1,500 per month".
Applications: the providers' logos with No applications yet, 1 application or, for example, 7 applications.
Show details expands a project. You then see What it is about, Submitted, Project start, Budget and all providers with their status: Applied, Shortlisted or Winner. Clicking a provider opens their profile. Hide details collapses the project again.
With direct market contact, nobody applies through the platform. The providers get in touch with you directly, and your project then shows no applications.
If you have created a briefing, it appears above your projects. As long as you have not sent it, it is called Your brief draft with the status Draft and the Continue editing button. After that it is called Your brief with the status Sent.
Without a request, the area shows No project request yet. If your request is not listed here as a project yet, you read We have your request: our team will get in touch with you personally and talk through the next steps.
Your favorites and your messages
Your favorites shows all providers you have saved. You record where each one stands and assess them by four criteria. Only you can see this. More in Favorites: save and compare providers.
Messages shows your five latest conversations with providers and marks what is unread or waiting for your reply. More in Messages: conversations with providers.
The Feedbax assistant
Before your first request, the right column shows the Feedbax assistant card with the note Online now and the question "Questions about your project?". Our AI assistant answers right away, day and night. Ask a question opens the chat, Book an appointment opens the booking with the Feedbax team.
After your request, the card usually shows your contact person for the project call instead of the assistant and moves up next to the request area. The card only appears where the Feedbax assistant is active on the page.
My reviews
Here you find all the reviews you write about providers, with their status. Nothing goes live until you approve it. How to review a provider is explained in Reviewing a provider, how to approve your review in Confirm and approve your review.
Recommended for you
This area shows up to eight providers that fit your needs and that you have not saved or contacted yet. After Matched to: you see the service we select by. At first, this is the service of your latest request. With Choose service or Change service you set a different one.
Below, Inspiration from real projects shows up to three case studies for the same service. Get provider suggestions opens your project request, Explore all providers opens the provider search. If you already know all matching providers, you see You already know every matching provider. How to assess providers is explained in What is the Feedbax Score?.
LeadWin for your own website
At the very bottom, Feedbax introduces its own product LeadWin: "Win more customers through your own website." A LeadWin agent answers questions from the visitors to your website, asks targeted questions and books appointments right in the chat. Explore LeadWin opens the LeadWin page in a new tab. Try it live opens our own assistant, because it is a LeadWin agent itself. More in What is LeadWin?.
With Hide you close the note. It then stays hidden in this browser for good.
If something does not load
If the overview cannot be loaded, you see "Your overview could not be loaded just now." with the Try again button. The areas load separately. If one fails, only that area shows a note such as "Your projects could not be loaded right now." and its own Try again button.
Frequently asked questions
Does the dashboard cost me anything?
No. The dashboard, the project request and provider matching are free of charge and without obligation for you as a client.
When will the providers get in touch with me?
With the Feedbax pre-selection, usually within 2 to 4 working days after your request has been successfully verified. Then 3 to 5 top providers get in touch with you directly. With direct market contact, interested providers can get in touch as soon as your project is published. Your briefing only goes to providers after your approval. So approve it promptly.
My request is not listed under "Your projects". Has it arrived?
Yes, if Your project request is with us appears at the top. A request only appears under Your projects once it is listed there as a project. Until then, the area shows We have your request.
Can providers see that I saved or assessed them?
No. Your favorites, the status, your score and your notes are private. Only you can see them.
I have already hired a provider. What do I do with the open steps?
Mark the provider in your favorites as Hired. Steps 2 to 5 then count as done.
Why don't I see a card with my appointment?
The appointment card only appears after your project request and only where the Feedbax assistant is active on the page. Once our team has sent you the briefing, the briefing card appears there instead. Otherwise you book an appointment via Book an appointment in the request area.
How do I get rid of the LeadWin note?
Click Hide. The note then stays closed in this browser. It appears again in another browser or after you clear the website data.
I am a provider. Why do I only see a note?
This dashboard is for clients. With a provider account, you only see a note saying so.
