Public buyers award contracts worth billions every year. Access is open, but the work is tedious: tenders sit on procurement platforms, the documents often run to hundreds of pages, and whether applying is worth it for you is stated nowhere.
That is exactly what the Tenders section of your Feedbax account addresses. Feedbax collects the tenders, has an AI analyze them in full, and presents them so you can decide in minutes instead of reading for hours.
What Feedbax does for you
Collecting. Feedbax retrieves tenders from the procurement platforms automatically. Two sources are connected: DTVP (the German procurement portal) and TED, the EU-wide tender database. With TED, documents and bidder questions often sit on a national portal. That portal is evaluated as well.
Screening. Not every tender is a fit for providers on Feedbax. Every imported tender therefore passes a relevance check before it is processed at all. Anything that does not fit never appears.
Analyzing. For every relevant tender, Feedbax downloads the procurement documents, extracts their content and produces a structured summary: scope, requirements, award criteria, required evidence, deadlines, risks and bidder questions. Each individual document also gets its own breakdown.
Translating. The analysis is created in German and translated into all four interface languages: German, English, French and Dutch.
Matching. Feedbax maps the requested services onto the service catalogue your own profile is listed in. That is how the system knows which tender suits which provider.
Monitoring. Tenders change: deadlines move, documents are added, bidder questions get answered. Feedbax checks the tenders you follow against the source regularly and gets in touch as soon as something has changed. More on this in Favorites and following tenders.
The tender fit: your personal assessment
The key difference to a plain tender search is the tender fit. Feedbax compares a specific tender with your Feedbax profile, your case studies, your reviews and your website, and answers the one question that matters: is applying worth it, and what do you need to clarify first?
The result is a value from 0 to 100, split across four dimensions, plus a list of open points and formal exclusion risks. Everything about it is in The tender fit: how your score is built.
Where to find the section
Tenders are a separate view in your Feedbax account, reached from the sidebar. The address differs per language:

When you open a tender, Feedbax appends its number to the address, for example ?tender=PB-26187-24. You can copy that address and send it to a colleague: it opens the tender directly.
What you see without a subscription
The tender list is open. You see every tender with its title, short summary, requested services and deadline, even without signing in. When you open a tender you get an anonymized version of the analysis: the buyer is reduced to a sector and a rough region, file references and contact details are removed, and the lists are shortened.

What a subscription unlocks
With an active subscription you open every tender in full: the actual buyer, all requirements, all required evidence, all award criteria, the complete document list, the bidder questions and the direct link to the procurement platform. On top of that: search and filters, following with change notifications, and your personal tender fit.
There are two routes to it:
A Feedbax subscription from the Business tier upwards. Tenders are included there, together with everything else Feedbax offers.
Tender Access, a standalone subscription for this module only.

Where Feedbax deliberately stops
Feedbax prepares tenders and estimates your fit. Feedbax does not apply on your behalf and submits no bids. The application always runs through the procurement platform, and the binding eligibility check is performed solely by the contracting authority.
Feedbax also hosts no original documents. The files stay with the procurement platform and Feedbax links to them. That is intentional: the source is always what counts.
Frequently asked questions
Does the tender list cost anything?
No. Browsing the list and reading individual tenders in the anonymized version costs nothing and works without signing in.
Why do I see expired tenders?
Expired tenders stay visible with their analysis. They are a useful orientation: you see what is being tendered in your field, which requirements are common and what contract values are called for. You can no longer apply for them, so Feedbax removes the link to the source.
How current is the data?
The import runs automatically. Tenders that someone follows are additionally checked against the source on a regular basis. Every analysis carries the date it was created.
Which countries are covered?
DTVP supplies German procurement procedures, TED supplies procedures from across the EU. The Country filter in the overview shows which countries you are actually seeing.
Do tenders affect my Feedbax score?
No. The tender fit assesses how well you match one specific tender and does not change your Feedbax score. The other direction does apply: a well-maintained profile with case studies and strong reviews improves your fit, because exactly this data feeds the analysis.
