If you have already collected reviews on Google, you can integrate them into your Feedbax profile. They then appear on your profile, count towards your total review number and affect your Feedbax score.
This source needs no subscription. Google is open to every provider.
How to connect Google
Open Reviews > Google in the dashboard.
Enter your identifier into the "Google Place ID" field.
Save. Feedbax fetches the reviews.
Check number of reviews, overall rating and the status below.
If the identifier was correct, it appears instead of the input field, with the "Update Reviews" button next to it. That retrieves the current state whenever you need it.
Where to find your Google Place ID
The Place ID is the identifier Google uses for a location in Google Maps. You do not have to look it up yourself: the page has a "Google Place ID Finder" tab with a map. Search for your company there, click the result, and the Place ID appears. It looks like ChIJgUbEo8cfqokR5lP9_Wh_DaM.
What this does for your Feedbax score
Google reviews always count towards your reputation score, even without a subscription. That makes Google the most important first source.
An imported review weighs only a quarter of one of your own Feedbax reviews, though, and older reviews weigh less than fresh ones.
Google is a special case
Two things apply only here:
Google always counts towards the Feedbax score, even without a subscription. For every other source that depends on your plan tier.
The connection cannot be undone by you. As long as you have a Google My Business account with reviews, the link stays. If the account has been deleted or the company dissolved, contact the Feedbax team.
If you had a review removed at Google, it disappears from Feedbax after a click on "Update Reviews".

Do I need a subscription for Google?
No. Google is open to every provider.
My reviews are not showing up.
Usually the identifier is wrong. Enter exactly the part from your profile page address, not the company name.
How often is it refreshed?
Automatically depending on your plan: Starter every 8 weeks, Business every 4, Premium every 2, Enterprise weekly. The "Update Reviews" button retrieves the current state immediately.
Can I change the identifier later?
Yes. The connected identifier is shown on the page and can be replaced.
