Every fit analysis is a real AI evaluation: Feedbax reads the tender, your profile, your case studies, your reviews and your website and produces a structured assessment from all of it. That costs compute, which is why there is a quota for it.
The short answer for most readers: you do not need to think about it. Every access to the tenders module currently includes an unlimited number of analyses. The fit drawer then simply reads Unlimited fits.
The rest of this article explains the mechanics behind it, so you know them if you ever meet them.
What consumes an analysis and what does not
Only a real AI generation counts. That is exactly two things:
the first analysis of a tender
every Recalculate fit
Free and unlimited, by contrast, are:
reopening and reading an analysis that already exists
confirming open points and having the score recalculated
working through exclusion risks
having a proof checked
That matters for how you work: all the detailed work on an analysis is free. Only triggering a new AI evaluation counts.
The quota line
The head of the fit drawer states your current position:
Unlimited fits, when your access has no monthly cap. That is the normal case today.
Otherwise a line such as "3 of 10 left", where applicable extended by your balance from top-ups.

If a monthly cap applies
Should a cap apply to your access, it works like this:
The counter runs on the calendar month and resets on the first of the month.
The German time zone is authoritative, not your local one.
The monthly allowance is spent first, then the balance from top-ups.
Purchased analyses do not expire. They carry over into the next month.
An unused monthly allowance, on the other hand, is not carried over.
The quota panel
Once the monthly allowance and the top-up balance are spent, the fit drawer shows a panel of its own instead of the analysis. It carries:

the top-up packs to choose from
a Top up credit link into the provider dashboard
The top-up packs
Top-ups are paid with Feedbax credit, the same currency you use for project requests. One credit point equals one euro net.

The tiering pays off: the small pack costs 2.50 credit per analysis, the large one 1.20. Anyone working with tenders regularly buys the large one.
A confirmation with pack and price appears before the purchase. After the purchase the new balance is available immediately.
If your credit is not enough
If your Feedbax credit does not cover the chosen pack, Feedbax cancels the purchase without debiting anything and shows you your balance, the price and the link to top up.
The same happens if the balance dropped between display and purchase, for example because a project request was paid in parallel. Nothing is debited then either.

The History tab
The History tab of the fit drawer shows every analysis created, with its date and the tender concerned. It also states what paid for it:

Below that sit your purchased packs with date and size.
That is your statement. Use it when you want to know how many tenders you actually assessed in a month.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy analyses?
No. Every active access to the tenders module currently includes an unlimited number of analyses. The top-up packs exist for the case where an access with a monthly cap applies.
Does looking at an analysis again cost anything?
No. Only a new AI evaluation counts. Reading, confirming and checking proofs are free.
Does confirming open points cost an analysis?
No. Recalculating the score after a confirmation is pure arithmetic without an AI call.
When does a monthly counter reset?
On the first day of the calendar month, counted in German time. That holds even if you work in a different time zone.
Do purchased analyses expire?
No. They stay until you use them and carry over into the next month.
In what order is the quota consumed?
The monthly allowance first, then the purchased analyses. That way nothing that resets monthly anyway goes to waste.
I bought a pack but do not see it.
Check the History tab first. If the purchase is listed there, the balance is there. If it is not listed and your credit is unchanged, nothing was debited and the purchase did not go through.
Can I buy analyses by card instead of with credit?
