With a Business, Premium or Enterprise subscription, you can publish expert articles on the Feedbax blog. There your company shares its knowledge with businesses that are looking for a provider right now. Each article shows the name and position of your author and the name of your company.

At a glance

  • Included per subscription year: 1 article with Business, 2 with Premium, 4 with Enterprise.
  • There is no Dashboard feature for this. You submit your topic and text by email to [email protected].
  • Your author writes in German, English, French, Dutch or Spanish. The article is published in that language.
  • We want expertise and practical experience, not advertising. At least 1,000 words.
  • We reply to your topic proposal and to your finished text within 10 working days each.
  • If your subscription ends, we take your articles offline.

How it works

The Feedbax blog is written for companies that award projects in tech, IT, development, design, marketing and advertising. Its readers want guidance: trends, best practices, how-to guides and lessons from real projects. A strong expert article shows them that your company knows its field. That carries more weight than any ad.

Each article is published in the blog section of the Feedbax site for its language:

There are two steps to a published article. First, you agree the topic with us. Then your author writes the text, and our editorial team reviews it. This way nobody writes 1,000 words on a topic we already cover or that does not fit the blog.

Proposing a topic

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Blog article" and the name of your company.
  2. State the working title, the language of the article and 3 to 5 bullet points for the outline.
  3. Describe in one sentence what readers will know or be able to do after reading that they could not before.
  4. We confirm the topic or suggest a change within 10 working days.

Submitting the article

  1. Send the finished text as a Word file or as a link to a shared Google Doc, in reply to our topic confirmation.
  2. Attach images and graphics as separate files (JPG, PNG or WebP) and state the source of each image.
  3. Include the details for the author box: full name and position in the company, for example Managing Director, Head of Marketing or Senior Developer.
  4. If you like, add a short bio of the author in 2 to 3 sentences, a professional portrait photo, a link to your company's website and a link to the author's LinkedIn profile.
  5. Our editorial team responds within 10 working days with an approval, with requested changes, or with a rejection and the reason for it.

Requirements for an article

Content

  • The article is informative, practical and useful to companies that award projects. Suitable formats are expert articles, trends, best practices and how-to guides.
  • Self-promotion, product presentations and sales pitches are not allowed. The article must not read like advertising or sponsored content.
  • The article backs up its claims with figures, examples or sources. Links to studies and expert sources are explicitly welcome.

Style

  • Factual, expert and solution-oriented. The goal is to share knowledge, not to sell services.
  • No exaggerated self-descriptions such as "market-leading" or "the best provider".

Your company in the text

  • You may mention your company where it is relevant to the topic, for example in a case from one of your own projects.
  • The text may contain at most one link to your company's website, plus the link in the author box.
  • Logos, slogans, prices and offers do not belong in the article.
  • We mark links to your company's website as rel="sponsored". The article is part of your subscription, and Google requires this label for paid placements. The link brings you visitors, but passes no ranking value to search engines.

Length and structure

  • At least 1,000 words. More important than length is that the article covers its topic completely.
  • A clear structure with subheadings and short paragraphs. Images, graphics and tables are welcome.

Originality and rights

  • The article is new and has not been published anywhere else, including on your own website. Duplicate content hurts both sites in search engines.
  • Your author writes the article themselves. We do not publish texts written by AI. The author is responsible for facts, figures and sources.
  • You hold the usage rights to every image and state its source.
  • Every article is published under the author's real name. We do not accept anonymous articles or pseudonyms.

Review and publication

Our editorial team reviews every article against these rules. It may edit, shorten or reject it. We agree larger changes with you in advance. If we reject an article, we tell you why. You can then revise it and submit it again.

Once approved, we publish the article in the blog section for its language and send you the link. Below the article is the author box with the author's name and position, your company and any additional details you provided.

What your subscription includes

SubscriptionBlog articles per subscription year
Starternone
Tender Accessnone
Business1
Premium2
Enterprise4

The allowance applies per subscription year. Articles you have not submitted by the end of the subscription year expire and do not carry over to the next year. An article counts toward the subscription year in which you submit the finished text.

If your subscription ends, we remove your articles from the blog. To find out which subscription suits you and what else it includes, see What subscriptions does Feedbax offer? You manage your subscription in the customer portal.

Feedbax score

A blog article does not count toward your Feedbax score and does not change your position in the directories. The score is based on your clients' reviews. What determines the order is explained in How does ranking in the directories work? An article works differently: it shows your company's expertise to readers who are looking for a provider right now, and the author box leads them to you.

Frequently asked questions

Where in the Dashboard do I submit a blog article?

Nowhere. There is no Dashboard feature for this. You submit your topic and text by email to [email protected].

Can I submit an article that is already on my own blog?

No. We only publish new articles. If the same text appears in two places, it hurts both sites in search engines.

Who can be the author?

Anyone in your company. They appear in the author box with their own name and position.

Is the link to our website a normal link?

It is clickable and takes readers straight to you. For search engines, we mark it as rel="sponsored" because the article is part of your subscription. It therefore passes no ranking value.

Can I have the article changed after publication?

Yes, for corrections and updates. Send the change to [email protected]. An update does not count as a new article.

What happens if I downgrade my subscription?

From then on, the allowance of the new subscription applies. The Starter and Tender Access subscriptions include no blog articles. Articles already published stay online as long as you have a subscription that includes blog articles.

What happens to my article when my subscription ends?

We remove it from the blog. If you later take out a subscription with blog articles again, you can submit new articles.

Which languages can the article be published in?

German, English, French, Dutch or Spanish. The article is published in the blog section for the language your author wrote it in. We do not translate it into other languages.
