Your company profile on Feedbax is already managed, but nobody remembers by whom? This often happens when the responsible person has left the company. Here is how you get access back.
Write to us in the chat
Open the chat and briefly describe the situation. Share two things with us:
the link to your Feedbax profile, for example feedbax.ai/profile/example-inc
your business email address
The profile link lets us identify your company.
Takeover by email invitation
If the domain of your email address matches the website on your profile, we will send you a takeover invitation by email. An example: your address ends in @example-inc.com and the website on the profile is example-inc.com.
Click the button in the email. This transfers the profile to you, and from then on access runs through your email address.
If your email domain does not match
If you use a different domain, we cannot approve the takeover automatically. In that case, send us a request through the contact form in the chat. Our team will review the case manually and get back to you.
Afterwards: share access with your team
Once you have access, you can change the login email address or add more people. How that works is explained in the article How can I change the email address associated with my login or share access to our company profile with other people?

How do I know whether our profile is managed at all?
Ask in the chat and share the profile link. If the profile is not yet managed, you simply claim it through the registration form. See the article Claim an existing profile
What happens to the old access?
After the takeover, access runs through your email address.
