Your company is already listed on Feedbax, but you have no access to the profile? That is usually easy to fix. The right path depends on whether the profile is already managed.
Why a profile exists even though nobody registered
Many profiles on Feedbax are created from publicly available company information. These profiles are not yet managed by anyone. You can claim your company's profile at any time, free of charge.
Claim a profile that is not yet managed

Enter your company name there and select your company from the list. You can find a step-by-step guide in the article How do I register my company on Feedbax?
The profile is already managed
Then someone already has access, for example a person from your team or someone who has since left the company. If you do not know who it is, the article I no longer know who manages our profile will help you.
Does a colleague have access? They can transfer it to you directly or add you as well. How that works is explained in the article How can I change the email address associated with my login or share access to our company profile with other people?
